
Colson Baker, born April 22nd, 1990 is an American rapper, singer-songwriter actor, songwriter, and actor. Prior to signing with Bad Boy Records, Machine Gun Kelly (born April 22 the 22nd of April, 1990) is popular for his hybrid style of hip hop. In 2012 his album Lace Up the first studio album. It reached the top spot at four on the US Billboard 200. It featured his first single "Wild Boy", which was performed by Waka Flame. General Admission (2015) and Bloom 2017 were his second and third albums. The latter featured the smash single "Bad Things" that was performed by Camila Cabello. The song peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100. The album he released in his fourth, Hotel Diablo, was the first album of rap rock. In the year 2020, Machine Gun Kelly's fifth album entitled Tickets to My Downfall (2020) was released. It marked a departure from hip-hop and a transition to pop punk. It debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, the only rock album to achieve that during the same year. It also featured the single "My Ex's Best Friend" which climbed to the top 20 of the Hot 100. The album's sequel Mainstream Sellout (1922) was a commercial success. Machine Gun Kelly has also been in the thriller based on a techno theme Nerve (2016) as well as the horror film Bird Box (2018).
